Is It Normal For a PSA Graded Card To Move Around This Much In The Slab (See Video)

So I have a PSA graded 1986-87 Fleer Jordan card. The card seems to move quite a bit in the slab. I've created a youtube video to illustrate what I mean, which is linked below.
As I hope you can see in the video, the card does move around quite a bit. Is the movement of the card shown in the video normal? None of my other PSA graded cards move around in the slab like this, including several other PSA graded cards from same 86-87 Fleer set. This card was bought already slabbed from a seller on eBay, if it matters.

What's the exact measurement of the card T/B? Just curious.
Does the card moving damage the card at all?

100% normal
After measuring, the card appears to be about 3.5 inches top to bottom.
Thank you everyone for the responses.
Based on that?
I would say the card may be short around 1/32" which is within tolerance for PSA, IMO.
So?
You're definitely good to go buddy. Very nice card.
