For those who are interested, The following is a brief summary of the various set out there:

Belgium - Prefix #0086/1030 (no "letter" variations)
Finland - no Prefix # (no "letter" variations)
France - Prefix #16-265, #16-265 (cum'l), #16-296 ('90' series), #16-336.......#16-265 has A, B, C, & D "letter" variations.....#16-336 has A "letter" variation
Germany - Prefix #17-033 ("a" and "B" letter variations)
Italy - Prefix #833 (no "letter" variations)
USA - Prefix #03-005 Printed in Italy (A, B, C "letter" variations, Printed in Japan (no "letter" variations)
Sweden - Prefix #47-021, Prefix #47-09, #47-031 (no "letter" variations)
United Kingdom - Prefix #13-064 (A, B "letter" variations)
Denmark - there are rumors that a set exists, but after 25 years I have been unable to track anything down

Aside from the above, there are promos, error cards, odd-ball items and other numerical variations out there
