Yes it is. Found it in an old book in my father-in-law's effects. He was a WW2 fighter pilot over Africa and Italy. Just found a third note from French Occidental Africa that I shall post shortly.
That is one nice note. My mistake on the earlier post, yours is #B107a, not 105. If it's UNC like it appears from here, value is $700 or so. It needs to be protected in a holder and kept in a safe place!

The Banknote Book lists the first British Guiana note as B101, 1 dollar red with sailing ships on front and back, 1916. Yours is B105, from 1929.
