Beckett.com has confirmed this card as 1 of 5 SP auto's from this set and this is SP'd to 35. Now I have the Rizzuto SP'd to 125 and the Fingers SP'd to 35. What do you all this of this deal? I think I may go for the set, so if any of you all find a Lasorda Cut auto from this set, lmk, it is also SP'd to 35.

That's what I thought. So, for a grand total of $56.69 (31.35 for the Rizzuto shipped w/ insurance and $25.34 for the Rollie Fingers w/ insurance) I have got 2 of the 3 toughest cards from the set, the Lasorda is all I need and the hard one's are out of the way. I'm sure glad people don't keep up on Beckett, because he could've got a lot more for it in my opinion. I like this set, very nice looking set. I just need the Lasorda now

Ya, I'm getting ready to sell my Elway/Griese jsy auto (only 15), Jim Brown Jsy auto #'d /32, and Duncan buyback jsy, so I will be buying a little pretty soon. Just a hint auto, when you fill up your watch list, just create a folder in your favorites called ebay and just bookmarks what you like and stick them in order of ending date, I have about 45 things bookmarked right now (of course I'm watching a few just to see how high they go), that way, you can watch as much as you want. Just a thought, that's what I do.

Ya, I know what you mean, the Lasorda and Fingers SP pretty much makes it impossible to complete the set being only 35 of each. But hopefully I can get the Lasorda real quick w/o people looking on beckett to see which are SP's like I did w/ the Fingers.

LMK where the writing is from on that card when you find out, probably used an autographed jersey or something.

It's from a GU'ed hat. The piece is from under the bib. IT's part of his auto, maybe "Seaver".. dunno though.

I guess if I would read the bottom of the card I would've figured that out, just never heard of a GU'd hat card. Ya, maybe he signed it or I know a lot of players write stuff under the bill of their cap and maybe its from something he wrote under the bill. Either way, it's cool
