Reputable online seller for certified/uncertified gold coins?

Hi every one,
I wondering if members can share their experiences about a reputable sellers with wide a variety to buy gold coins especially certified gold coins other than eBay which always carries the uncertainly about Authenticity. Apex seems to be a reputable seller however they lack actual picture of the certified coins and I found that at times the coins have staining or spotting etc
Thanks
Adam

They have good pics of raw and certified gold.
I've purchased raw from them and the coins always graded.

Ditto Harlan Berk if you're looking for both cert and raw. Northeast usually has a good selection of slabbed gold too. In my experience Apmex is more of a commodity/bullion situation - when you get a sight-unseen MS6x gold whatever from them it is unlikely to be an especially attractive coin relative to the stated grade. Great Collections is definitely worth checking out too - all slabbed there, but there's often a good selection, and if you know what you ought to be bidding you can buy reasonably there.

Apmex has a reputation for using stock photos. They are fine for bullion, but a lot of good dealers are out there and you will figure out who they are with experience. Be sure they say that the coin in the photo is the coin you will get and that the photos are good.

I've bought quite a bit of gold from Liberty.coin. They have always treated me well.

You can hang your hat on their given grade.

I have made many deals with Chris and Tom at Northeast Numismatics (northeastcoin.com). A first class service provider. You don’t have to be making a deal for thousands of dollars for them to treat you as though you are. Everyone at Northeast are nice and take the time to make certain you’re happy with your purchase.

    Cheers

    He said gold buffalos.

The corner coin shop should have those.
Or Apmex could fix him up with a bucketful.

Unless you are an expert in counterfeit detection of US gold coins you should avoid buying any raw gold. There are just too many high quality fakes out there. Stick to certified gold from the major TPGs only. Learn the market before you spend any money.
