I don't own any of these, but I have seen these from time to time offered in the Heritage Weekly World Coin auctions (Thursday night, internet auctions). Outside of perhaps eBay, Heritage might be the best place to locate one of them.
Here is a list that have sold on that venue...I would bet that most of these were from the weekly internet auctions.

I bet one interesting way to collect these would be based on the Host coin. I see 1897-1909 type Mexico peso, 1947-1948 type Mexico 5 peso, 1951-1954 type Mexico 5 peso, 1955-1956 type Mexico 10 peso, 1920s Peruvian sol, Yeman Riyal, Panama Balboa, 1907-1912 type Philippines peso. Probably others too. Anguilla sure utilized a bunch of different worn down World crowns for these...kinda neat!
