Upgrades to a Registry Set

I just recently visited my registry sets for the first time in a while. I noticed that the feature which allowed you to shop for upgrades has been drastically altered???? It used to show you many avenues from which to shop for upgrades to your sets. Now, upgrades available through Collectors. com are all that appear??? No ebay, no coin shops, no dealers, nothing but Collectors.com..... That is a major step backwards!!!!
What we've got here is failure to communicate.....

Holy Carp Something just changed. A few days ago I looked at the 1932 Washington quarters and there were 32 available. Today it is only showing 2. So they must have tweeked something and it is now not showing all the coins available. Sad..... Hopefully someone just hit the wrong button. maybe ask @BrettPCGS

Have you reported this to @twhitmeyer ?
He has done a great job of fixing issues from the upgrade.

I think it might depend where you search from. For example if you click "Find Coins" from the top right of the set page you will get all coins in all grades found for the set.

**If you click the edit icon by your set name on the set page or the "Pencil" icon inside your set. You will be able to scroll down and see upgrades found - you will find only the coins graded that will improve your set

**
**Then click shop, I hope this helps

1tommy, I understand what you guys are talking about and it does sound like something was changed. Maybe now the change only searches the venues that advertise with PCGS?

@Bankerbob56 the shop links within Set Registry have gone to Collectors.com for a while now, though the results include eBay and dealer listings.
The reduction in your feed, @1tommy might be normal fluctuations: sometimes a dealer's feed is removed pending an update from them, but that usually takes only a day or so.
We did not make any changes to the Set Registry feature recently.
I hope this helps. Thanks for reaching out!

Well I can tell you that 1 week ago there were Hundreds and Hundreds of Washington Quarters available and than 1 morning they were all gone. This is going on from my set 1932 to 1964 Washington quarters. There is no way all the coins disappeared in one night.
Now I understand your comment on fluctuations but I am talking about almost all of the coins disappearing. If you look now you will see only a few coins are offered for most of that set. I am talking about 100's of coins disappearing. Something happened and even after 1 week it is still the same.
Plus a lot of the coins show NO available coins and those had many many last week. How does the 32 d go from over 100 coins available to today now showing 3? Do you guys run the collectors.com site? Maybe its on there end. Thanks for the reply.

@1tommy I hear you. I am looking into your specific case with the team. Can you message me your specific 'upgrade' collectors link? I will forward that to the team so they can see why there are so few items being found.

Hello, all! You'll be happy to hear that the problem was tracked down and a fix is in the works to get the Set Registry specific results to match the rest of Collectors.com. I appreciate all the information provided that helped me help our team.
@1tommy I also hope you meant the "carp" in 'Holy Carp...' for your first response to this thread because I want to say it this way all the time now.
