Has there ever been a Premiere Authentication Services?

hi,

i wonder if anybody can tell me if there ever existed a Company called "Premiere Authentication Services". it should have been the best authenticator in the 90's and early 2000's.
i am interessted in an item with a COA of that company... and i am not sure if i can trust them or not.
