Just contact them and they will re label it at no charge. Unfortunately you have to pay for shipping there and they will cover shipping back to you. Would of helped if I answered your original question. Thanks

They will cover shipping both ways. I just had this happen to me. Took about 20 business days.

You will need to contact customer service and they will provide a return shipping label to you at no cost. PSA covers
shipping both ways. They are call 'mechanical errors.'

  • What if I buy a card that has been mislabeled. Will they still switch it out for me even though I wasn’t the one who originally had it slabbed?

Yes, it doesn't matter who the original submitter was.

  • Thanks, another question along the same line: What if i buy a card that has been graded by some other company and want to have PSA grade it...do I have to crack it open myself or can I just send in the other slab and let PSA handle opening it, grading it, and reslabbing it?

I have to do the same. I have a 1971 opc Ken Dryden rookie they labeled Topps.
