Another Canadian 1953 Dark Side odd coin 1963 5 cents... need help please

YQQYQQ Posts: 3,276 ✭✭✭✭✭

I am struggling... is it real? No daubt, the coin is authentic. But what happened to it?
I know there are many coins that experienced "certain" treatments within the mints facilities. and later these were recognized and accepted as errors. Is this perhaps one of them?
Please have a very close look.
would love to hear your comments
Thanks everyone

Post mint damage. The flattening of the rim and incuse mirror-image devices is all you need to see... vice or "squeeze" job.
