How do you make digital album on mobile device?

I tried last year to create a digital album. It became a “showcase” I think.
I use my phone exclusively fo web and forum, how can I make a digital album or publish mine. I see no link or option to do so.

Haha. Finally figured it out with new changes.
When in a set, in edit mode, there is a create digital album link. Click it and magically drag photos. Now I need o figure out how to populate the photos.
