HoF Registries

We've all seen and discussed how there is often inconsistencies between various registries, so before I go out and make a purchase, want to be sure.

As of this morning, Halladay's 1997 Bowman Chrome and Rivera's 1992 Bowman were still listed on PSA's "Future HoF Players" registry, but had not yet been added to the "Post War First Ballot HoF" registry.

There isnt as much debate as to which cards are these guys rookies (say, as opposed if Mattingly got elected, would it be the 84T or 84D).

So two questions:

  1. is it the case that whatever is on the "futures" registry typically ends up on the actual "HoF" registries, or is it best to wait for confirmation of the registry update?
  2. Using Halladay's 97 bowman chrome as an example, do parallels count in the HoF registry? There are refactors, an international version, etc.

Usually what is on future rc hof set is what goes to hof set.
These cards are voted on by the members of those collecting this set.
So 97 B Chrome halladay and 92 B Rivera will be he ones

no parallel, refrctors, intl's, die cuts, signed, allowed.
    Only best base card
