    Looks like there are too many creases in the bills. They are not mint.

    the grade tells me no mint bills, maybe that's why the cheap prices. just saying

    Prices on the series 1935A $1 R&S experimentals, both plain and star notes, has been soft for a while now, especially in mid-grade and below. Right now, it’s a buyers market on these.

    So many members were using the term Mint, I almost thought I stumbled upon a coin thread.
