Is there a minimum age for a consistent, accurate coin grader - professional or individual?

There's an interesting opinion post about the maximum age for professional coin graders. But what about the minimum age?

Is there a combination of emotional maturity and physical development that establishes a de facto minimus?

Rick Montgomery came to ANACS right out of High School and he did very well.

Of course, he had an excellent trainer.

Agree on the importance of emotional maturity, etc. The other part is that the person would need both the time and opportunity to view many, many coins and understand all the nuances that go into the final grade. So it is probably more of an experience thing than age; however, I think someone would have to be at least in their early teens to have amassed the requisite knowledge.
    Thanks for the intriguing question!
