It is not a tripled die. More strike doubling and die erosion on an extremely old die.
The only doubled or tripled nickels of this year are Proof strikes

You should invest in the CPG vol. 1 which includes up to nickels. And start bookmarking all the error and variety sites mentioned here. Peace Roy
