The Heavens are Telling

I am working on imaging my NYINC acquisitions, but also, I had one obtained prior to the NYINC. Heritage had offered a medal celebrating the performance of Haydn's Creation in 1800 (I guess in Paris). One of my fondest memories from college was participating in the chorus which performed this magnificent work. I could not resist offering my own form of homage.

I have no idea what it is, but it is not a musical instrument. There is a flame shooting out of the top!
