How much is this 1857 HD worth and how would you describe it in a listing?

I'm a sports card guy, not much of a coin collector, but I have a coin I might list on EBAY. I acquired it years ago in an estate sale and has been sitting in this holder for years. Any idea how it should be described other than 1857 half seated liberty dollar? Any idea what it should sell for?

It is a common date XF that appears to have original surfaces and is free of distracting marks. It would make a nice type coin for a collector.
