This dime is currently mine, although I am trying to sell it as I am moving away from mercs. two things I wanted to ask. Would PCGS consider reimaging of this since the horizontal black line between the T and the Y is a hair and not on the coin? and second would preservation of just the two spots on the cheek work and be worth it?

The two spots on the cheek could not be in a worse location. It is in a "67" holder so it should get decent bids, though probably not as much as you would like. How many collectors care about minor Mercury Dime double dies? Is this a market that makes spending extra money on the coin worthwhile? If it were me I would just sell it and move on.
