NOLAN RYAN PACIFIC GHOST WRITING CARDS - 1st POST

Good afternoon all, this is my first post as I just got accepted. I have recently got back into card collecting and noticed that there were special Ghost Writing Cards from the Pacific set of Nolan Ryan. I have quite a few of these cards and I have kept them in boxes that haven't been opened in 25 plus years. My question is, like anything that is glow in the dark, do they need to be exposed to light before you try and see if they are a ghost writer card? I looked at several hundred that I have and didnt see one but made me think that they might need to be exposed to light in order to glow in the dark. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
On a side note, I have twin 17 month olds and started collecting every MLB HOF RC Cards for them along with the Nolan Ryan Mega Collection both registered on PSA.

Thanks everyone!
