Been the case with me as well excluding past 2 quarters. Promotions have certainly increased and last several have yielded bonus buck offers prior to the coupon period. I believe Amazon is eating their lunch and this is one of eBays many attempts to remain competitive and or relevant. Thanks!

I have received bonus buck offers after the beginning of the new quarter while I still had bonus bucks to spend. I'm wondering if they have not suspended the bonus buck program. If so hopefully it is only temporary. They might have a new policy of no bonus bucks offers during the spending period (first month) of each quarter.

there is usually a e bucks promo on the 3rd or 4th week on the 1st month of new quarter. be patient, it's coming up
