1964 D Wash rpm? and letter doubling

64 D in EF condition displaying a doubled mm that is not in CPG. The USofA letter doubling is listed as DDR-001. View and comments are valued by me. Peace Roy

    One image (on the bottom) looks like you may have a doubled die. I doubt the "D" is an RPM.

    MM does not appear to match any on Variety Vista, maybe look for some of other diagnostics, i.e., die scratches to see if there is a match. http://varietyvista.com/09b WQ Vol 2/RPMs 1964-D.htm
