$20.00 folded corner gutter bill water mark???

Tell me your thoughts .ive compared to others not much of a match maybe some doubling going on, demons in the hair frowning water mark a lot more I can point out to someone who is interested 30 behind 20 more too!!

    Appears to be a slightly different color. I would vote post BEP.

    The color of the ink doesn't seem to match that used for the note. It looks like it was folded and stained after it entered circulation as @mbwizkid has previously posted
