100% fake. It has the mintmark style of 1876-1878.
Wouldn't buy it; no TPG and 'cleaned'.
Read his feedback. Looks like he has been called out on it before. Also says the seller ended the auction because the coin was no longer available.

I was checking newly listed LSQ .25 yesterday and saw it pop up. I did a side by side mm with a coin facts PC55 and realized right away it was fake.
Then the listing ended but came back up within an hour with a make offer option.
It was soon after apparently sold for $1800.
Too bad. Expensive lesson for someone.
On the other hand, I’ll buy ANY cleaned and scratched AUTHENTIC AU details 70cc Quarter for $1800. I’m not the only one, I’m sure.
