Off-Center Error Question

Hi error coin collectors.

Do you know which coins in general from the 80's or after are rare with an offcenter error?

Example for Lincoln Cents, I believe 1982 commands a premium. Possibly because it's tougher to find. Are there any other dates?

What about other series?
