Anyone have the scoop on the next eBay Bucks special?

I'm anxious to spend my eBay Bucks but I'm waiting for the next promo to max out.

Seems a few here know with great accuracy when to expect them.

If it is anything like last quarter, then it will not really matter, because I maxed out my last ebucks with the promos in two months and bought thousands afterward receiving zero ebucks.
