For the 1st time in my life I cracked out a few cards. A few that I got some surprising bad grades on. Not to re submit but to return to the world of raw for a set I'm working on. How do I report the certs for retirement or deletion?

If they were graded by PSA just put the labels in an envelope with the correct PSA mailing address. When PSA gets them they'll remove them from the population.
I've sent flips back to them and they were never removed from the population. I've checked back in 3 months and it remained the same. Seems like a waste of time, so I don't even bother anymore.

Somebody mentioned in the Mantle PSA 10 thread that we are hurting the hobby by cracking and not turning the certs in.
Not sure I'm into that but I'd like to do what's best for the next person.

in 2019, you can take pics of the label and email your wishes to them. info@psacard.com, i think.
So it sounds like nothing has been done previously.
