Has there been any internal discussion at PCGS to make a more effective recall or buyback procedure for coins that may not be up to current grading standards? Has PCGS considered having a table at major shows to where customers could submit coins for an informal reconsideration without having to pay a fee, and having an instant buyback for coins under a certain price point?
