Ebay 15% off Banner

So, I go to Ebay and I get a banner "click here" and you receive 15% off Max $100.So, I choose an item and Ebay says "you're not logged in" click here; So I click and sign on and I lose the 15% off at check out. Huh? So, I drop the idea of buying and I am thinking what was that all about? Coins at 15% off? Banners? Ebay? Anyone else experience this?

Yes it's correct...it ends in about 50 minutes (6 PM PST/ 8 PM CST / 9 PM EST).....coins are included, but bullion and paper money is excluded....hurry if you want to buy something!
