    Somebody call 911!
Purdue fire burning on the dance floor
    Whoa!
(Fire burning, fire burning) What a game!

    Let's go (hey, hey, hey)
    Red One (hey, hey)
    Purdue got that super thing
Hotter than the sun of south in Spain
Got me soon as I walked through the door, oh!
    My pocket started tickling
The way they dropped it low that thang
Got me wanna spend my money on the game
They get it pop it, lock it, drop it,
    That birthday cake,
Got a candle, need to blow that crazy flame away
Now take my red, black car and my jewelery
Purdue is cool like the fire, cool like fire
    Somebody call 911!
Purdue fire burning on the dance floor
    Whoa!
    I gotta cool them down
They won't bring the roof to the ground on the dance floor
    Whoa!
    They fire…

63-14, the second half must have been boring by anyone's standard after the first half. I can only imagine that there are quite a few CFB fans using this as a justification for Oklahoma being the right choice. maybe, maybe not. to me it just means that today Auburn was head and shoulders above Purdue. it might be different next week, that's the wonderful aspect of Sports at any level.

I remember once a comparison was made by a local Sports Writer after some silly stories about Teams beating Teams that had beaten other Teams. it included Teams from the old NFL Central Division and went something like this --- Pittsburgh beat Cleveland by 10 points, Cleveland beat Houston by 14 points and Houston beat Pittsburgh by a touchdown. the logic was that Pittsburgh was 31 points better than themselves.

I thought you were talking Football! Hence my shock at 57 points in a half.

I thought they already forfeited the game since almost no one is playing

    Hopefully Alabama gets beat now

I can't say I "hope" that anyone loses, but I won't be upset if Notre Dame falls by the wayside.

I love Notre Dame, I’d like to see them win

    Me too!

my problem with Notre Dame is that they were given a "bye-week" when the other Top Teams had to place themselves at risk. look at Georgia --- if they had been able to sit out that week they would be playing today. it is another flaw in this Playoff Format that needs to be fixed. there's still a quarter to go in the Cotton Bowl, but the way it looks that game has vindicated the thought that Notre Dame shouldn't have been in the Top Four absent having to "play" their way in.

Eh looks like both my “Wants” tonight will be a negative, ND gets slapped around and I’m sure Alabama will beat OK since their D is awful.

Notre Lame wouldn't be favored against any other top 6 team. Committee gave them a shot and they shit the bed. They go undefeated again without a conference championship no way in hell they get in. They are now 0-6 in Bcs and New Years Six bowls. Buh bye.

the best playoff format would be no playoffs. Have the season and thats it. No bowl games either.

The beauty of the idea is that it would help move college football in the proper direction ..... extinction B)

That's where the NFL is headed with their low attendances.
