Does anyone make a market/ know the market for 1895 Proof Morgan? Value help appreciated!

All-
Looking for concrete pricing information on 1895 Morgan Dollar. Looking at auction results etc, did not really help....The coin is recently ANACS graded, F12...I called ANACS and it was graded about 6 weeks ago, came in raw. Seller inherited and took to coin dealer raw who told him he needed to get it slabbed.... Pictures are not great , I know, but that is what seller sent...will see in hand tomorrow...but wanted to get a feel for real value...I guess the questions boils down to what would you pay for the coin to flip at FUN? Do you think the coin is coin is accurately graded? Assume for valuation pictures are not hiding any major flaws that would keep it from a straight grade from our host...
THX for the help! RJ

First, I’d send the coin to PCGS instead. You’ll probably make more profit there. Second, send it to CAC after. CAC can add some value if it stickers. Third, you can either try to sell it at FUN or send it to a large auction house like GreatCollections or Heritage. You might already know all this but I’m just restating it so you can make the most money. The only auction result I see for a coin as close a grade as yours is an NGC 25 which sold for $33k at Heritage, so I’d say you can get at least $25k or more. The coin looks accurately graded but I’m no Morgan Dollar expert. Good luck and amazing coin...
Always buying nice toned coins! Searching for a low grade 1873 Arrows DDO Dime and 1842-O Small Date Quarter.
Bring it to FUN for onsite grading. You may be able to flip it on the bourse.
P.S. Select cross as "ANY" grade will guarantee a straight grade or it will stay in its current holder.
Who knows what PCGS would do to it. Altered Surfaces? Maybe.
It would go north of 20K in this holder at that grade. (My best guess) You could try the $150 cross at any grade at FUN if you must have it in PCGS. If it goes up or down a grade, it won't matter anyway for value.
Very nice, good luck !!!
It looks like it might make F15 but I worry you might get a details because that scratch in the hair is quite large. It’s still probably worth more in a PCGS holder, though.
Special coin, 20 grand is realistic net to you
