So i was checking out this coin and found this 3 letters (V O F or P) i dont know what is that thing, if anybody knows anything about this do share.

It is VDB, the initials for the designer of the obverse.

Alright designer's initials! Oh okay
and in some of them it's blank nothing written no initials..

The initials were placed on the shoulder in 1918.

You may want to buy or borrow a red book from someone. There is plenty of information and photographs that can help teach you.
