Ebates.....and Ebay Best Offers- How to do it??

How do you get Ebates cash back for best offers on EBAY. I know there was a way posted on here; but can't find it. I want to say yes to sellers counter; but also want to get my EBATES cash back. Thanks in advance for the replies.

I've always just made sure I went to eBay through the ebates site before I paid for the item.
I thought there was a certain way to do this. It was posted awhile back. Anymore help??
