Does anyone have any info on coin club liability insurance, incl. directors and officers liability?
Need info as to who sells it, what kind of insurance to obtain, etc.

You can try sending @illini420 a pm. He handled the liability insurance for our coin club meetings and shows.
I'm on the board for an incorporated hobby club, and I have talked to a lawyer about liability. In short he said volunteer members are not personally liable, however the organization would want to maintain a policy to safeguard its existence. But I think you ought to talk to someone versed in your state's laws. We also found that several agents can sell such a policy, though they often have to take some time to investigate what is available as this is not a common item they sell.
I'd recommend checking with more than one agent as this is the type of policy that could vary per agent and the company offering such type of policies.
My strategy is about collecting what I intend to keep, not investing in what I plan to sell.
Any independent insurance agent should be able to take care of you. I'm on the board of a non-profit and our insurance agent handled our general liability as well as officer liability. He is the same agent that wrote my personal auto and home policy.
