PSA's cardboard boxes

Ya know those cardboard boxes PSA uses to ship their standard-size graded cards back to us in? The ones that perfectly nest like 23 cards end-to-end?? Does anyone know where I can buy a bunch of them? I use them to ship high-dollar cards and I'm almost out... I tried buying some similar sized boxes on Amazon a few months ago, but they were too flimsy... Any info would be appreciated.

Have you asked PSA? They could be getting them custom made for their dimensions.
considering they have a precise fit, the way they are folded together and a lack of a "Uline" or other manufacturing stamp, my guess is they are custom made for PSA by a third party company and not a generic sized box.

I was told a while back that PSA doesn't sell them... And, on their website, they have a link to their 'Store'... No boxes to be found.

Did you ask PSA if they can give you info about who they get their boxes from? Maybe just calling them or e-mailing them might get you a contact at least. Wouldn't hurt.

Those are nice but a little pricey to be using for shipping cards.
OP, maybe there are some people on here that have some extras. I use mine for the same purpose when I get them in but possibly others don't?? I would send some your way if I had extras, but I'm running low as well!

@coinspacks Those look nice. I might give them a try. I have been using the ones here https://psacard.com/store/p-54-psa-storage-boxes.aspx

Best bet is to buy some 400 ct. boxes and use those
Thanks for the help, but I'm not talking about the big storage boxes... I'm talking about these.
When you get standard-sized cards graded, PSA sends them back to you in these boxes.

Why not use 400 ct. box? They work great
Because this is for shipping cards, not storing them.

Yes I know, I’m not talking about storing cards. 400 count boxes work great for shipping PSA graded cards
But, i'm only shipping 1-2 graded cards at a time... Registered Mail requires a box instead of a mailer... These work great and are nice and sturdy.

We ship probably 50+ packages a week using the 400 count boxes. We ship 2-8 cards in them well packed and in my opinion are better than the brown psa box. Reason is because the slabs are touching the insides with no protection on top/bottom. The 400 counts can be better for protection. These are boxes and would think they are fine for registered mail. It’s not a mailer
I also use the 400 count boxes for shipping multiple graded cards, or single higher value cards. I get mine from BCW. If you order 50 of them, they cost .45 each. I usually take advantage of the free shipping and spend at least $80.
Thanks guys... Do you happen to know the dimensions of those boxes??

just measured one for you,
5.75 inches long, 3.5 inches wide, 5 inches tall.
here are a couple ULINE brand boxes of similar size. I guess next time I order a card from you I will find out what you decided on LOL. for what its worth, I ship all my PSA graded cards in Amazon sourced 9x6 size 0 bubble mailers. work great with no issues. most of the cards, 95%, that I receive from other sellers, both Ebay stores and personal sales, are always in bubble mailers. why bother with boxes? bubble mailer for one PSA card with extra cardboard and bubble wrap comes out to $2.66 @ 4 oz.
edit: never mind, see you use boxes for higher dollar items.

dictoresno - Thanks for taking the time to do that... I use the same Amazon bubble mailers for cards<$2000.... But domestic Registered Mail has to be in a box with paper tape... I've got my eye on a few different ones I found online; now have to decide which to buy... Thanks again.

I will seriously consider it. When I get some free time I'll figure out what it would take. I'm sure some others on here might be interested as well.
