Mechanical Error Question

Good morning - question to the group about mechanical error submissions to PSA. Can those only be submitted by the original person who subd for grading? If I acquired a card labeled as a Peter Pan disc that was actually MSA, can I submit that as a mechanical error for correction and only pay the postage? Thanks.

    No, anyone can submit them for correction.

    Also, you don’t pay postage for mech errors - PSA covers it.

    you will probably need to call them to authorize the return and they will review the error, then send you return instructions.
