I find myself saying "Why did I come in here?" a lot and I'm only 39. I'm so doomed.

    It surely beats the alternative.

Keeping this coin related, I'm old enough to remember being able to get silver dollars at the bank, most of the Wheat cents I got in change were still (MS) bright with mint luster, half dollars were still common in circulation but Buffalo nickels and Standing Liberty quarters were getting hard to find in change. And $2 bills were still used, all with the corners torn off for good luck!

Yeah, give up drinking, smoking, sweet food, salty food, fatty food, driving fast, action sports, and all other risky behavior, and ya might be rewarded with another boring decade of decrepitude at the end.

Doesn't quite work that way. Eat organic non processed, salt free foods, ditch the smoking and get some exercise every day and you will feel way better for your whole life. If you make it to 90 plus you won't be hunched over like Quasimodo.

Sad to see folks falling apart in there late 40's and fifties.

Sorry to derail the thread, :|
