Possible Die Crack?

DiggerJimDiggerJim Posts: 406 ✭✭✭✭

Hey Gentlemen, back again.
Can you give me your opinion if this a possible die crack? It may be a crack or a scratch in the die. It is definitely positive material on the coin.
Sorry for the pictures, the best I have right now.

Thanks

DiggerJim

Looks to thick for a die scratch. More likely a die scrape, gouge or dent.

@Insider2 Saw those but was thinking those are post-hits to the mark.

The date is a 1995-D. Yeah, the dent looks like a post hit. And you guys are probably right, it's looks like another representation of plating bubbles I had earlier. Just looked at more pictures of past die cracks and the crack generally extended to an edge somewhere to terminate the crack. Which this does not have.
