Its currently in a lil white anacs as broadstruck. I'll show grade later for those that wanna play a gtg.

    If it was it doesn't count, for some reason those rare sought after features commonly show up on off centers and Broad stuck coins

    off centers and broadstrikes almost always have FB's. Not rare at all.

    As mentioned, FB is not denoted on off-center or broadstruck coinage and this is because the metal flow is substantially different on O/C and B/S pieces, which allows the center bands to more often be full.

    No matters whats ANACS wouldn't give anything higher than 60 on errors back in the day.
