I submitted several coins to PCGS some of which did not crossover. The coin showed 85 as reason coin did not crossover. What does the 85 designation mean? Example was a 1909-S VDB Lincoln cent which came back as 2426.85/xxxxxxxx. Thanks.

“An '85' code means 'did not cross'. We were not able to meet or exceed the present grade or the minimum grade you listed.”
