Brilliant uncirculated MS68ish.

Designed and minted by PCGS Board of Experts and Red Book contributor (and former David Hall employer) Joel D. Rettew.
Mintage of just 7,000 pieces, of which Kidd indicates 3,000 were subsequently melted (lack of sales). Who knows how many were melted since.
