Is this a different card?

So this is the card I received. Please note the centering on the "gear" at the bottom right.

This is the picture from the auction. Again, notice the centering on the gear which looks like there's more gap between the bottom of the gear and the card edge.

Here is a picture of the same card with a different serial number from an earlier auction by the same seller:

Here's the auction I won. The serial number is correct so the back scan is right.

    Scans can be misleading, at first the cards looked different, but after looking some more I can't tell. Would this really be a problem?

    The seller's two pictures are identical and he used the same front picture for both auctions. The centering on the card is obviously different and if it matters to you that you got a different card than pictured then contact the seller, nicely point out his honest mistake, and arrange to return the card.
