Question about larger cards for PSA subs

I am getting ready to send off a 115 card bulk order. Included in them are some 1977 Sertoma Stars Puzzle Back cards. They are larger than the typical card, about 4 1/4" x 2 1/4". I have never subbed any cards bigger than normal cards. Do those need a separate form and return shipping amount or can they go on the regular bulk order form? Picture is what they look like.

Tallboy and standard size, any years can be mixed in a bulk.
Would this be considered a tallboy and not a supersized card?
