    This book originally came out in 2004.....in the Foreward, there was talk about an "expanded" version ex-price guide that would be available. Sounded like it was all the stuff that got left on the cutting floor.

    Did anybody ever hear if anything developed (I don't believe it did) ? What about an update on this book -- it's never had a 2nd Edition while we are up to 8th on the Morgan Silver Dollar Red Book from Whitman.

    Anybody got any contacts over at Whitman ?
