Question about getting designations (i.e. FBL. FB, PL and DMPL

I still new to thos and womdering when I send a coin in for grading ro I have to check the variety attribution box in reference to the designations I listed above? Or will that designation come if the coin had it?

No. Review for RD, RB, BN, FS. FB, FH, FBL, PL, DMPL, CAM, and DCAM are automatic and considered as part of the normal tier. These aren't varieties at all. The variety attribution tier is for doubled dies, over dates, other interesting die varieties and the like.
