Agree. They look questionable for authenticity. They appear to be German Silver Chinese replicas. Do they stick to a magnet?
I 3rd the motion... questionable authenticity. Unless the "TY" of LIBERTY was seriously struck through, I think you have a counterfeit piece, and not a very good one at that. If it's silver, you'd have melt value. Have you measured and weighed it yet?

Chinese counterfeit, imho
Both modern counterfeits and you can likely buy a near unlimited amount just like them online.

Tough to tell from the images, they appear to be genuine Morgans that circulated for a short time then cleaned.
Counterfeit type fakes yet if real silver should bring in something along the lines of single digits.
