On business day 20 now. Never had a CC Renewal take this long. Don't think I have ever had one take more than 7 days. Thought this one wouldn't take long since all but one card is from the same set(59T). How long did yours take or how long have you been waiting?

On business day 15 now for a CC renewal. On calendar month 5 on a bulk sub. Not sure which will pop first at this point.

I noticed when I purchased a renewal voucher recently they have pushed the days out to 20 on it.
When I started in 2010 it was 5.
Wow, that does not seem possible.
Looking to BUY n332 1889 SF Hess cards and high grade cards from 19th century especially. "Once you have wrestled everything else in life is easy" Dan Gable
I thought my 20 day regular sub was bad (2 months)... I take it back
I'm also waiting on a CC renewal - logged: 11/2
Remember its 60 business days, not including Holidays, weekends, maternity leave, sick leave, paternity leave etc.

renewals or regular subs are not 60 business days. You are referring to bulk orders.
i believe you have to write on the outside of the package its a 10 or 20 day to avoid delay

This is only for the Log Time, the service itself is discovered when package is opened and would not be under 60 days. They are just simply behind on all service levels including renewals is all.
An email response from customer service this morning concerning my cc order:
“The free grading vouchers was moved from a 7-day to the Regular service turnaround time. It’s been a year of changes, and this turnaround time has gone from 10-day, 20-day, to now 15-day.”
My CC renewal logged 11/2 popped today 12/6
good news, my bulk order from August popped today, that hopefully bodes well for the rest of you

So glad I've given up on grading cards and just enjoy my raw cards in all their glory.
