If so I think it’s going to backfire on them. No one is going to outbid them for this $20 card.

    There are bidders who decide to creep up a little at a time when bidding on an item, don’t understand it but it happens often. Bids on this card look ok, doesn’t appear to be shill bidding

    32 retractions by high bidder. Red-flag.

    Collecting PSA 9's from 1970-1977. Raw 9's from 72-77. Raw 10's from '78-'83.
    Collecting Unopened from '72-'83; mostly BBCE certified boxes/cases/racks.
    Prefer to buy in bulk.

    they look like automatic bids, the guy with 17 feedback was trying to uncover the highest bid and may have given up. someone else is the high bidder now though.

    This card usually sells for about $10 - $15.
