I’ve recently started collecting these and I’m not having much luck finding protective holders for them, wondering what you use

There are 3.5” x 3.5” flips, where you can have the top of the badge in one half and the bottom in the other, like this:

You could also use holders for currency.

There are also these Nimbus frames that suspends items between two layers of silicone, like this:
