What is this worth?

I am usually over on the US Coin Forum but I have a question about currency.
Is a 1778 Continental Currency $30.00 PMG 53 EPQ really worth $300.00? I don't collect currency so I wouldn't know. Thanks for your help.

It all depends on which state it came from and variety...a pic or more info from the pmg label would help.
