SGC is much tougher imo since new holder change. I believe they do not "value" centering as lightly as before fwiw.

I've compared mine to several higher end versions (PSA, BVG SGC) and just don't get it.

Send it to beckett. I bet you get a 7-7.5 at worst 6
Problem is it will take 6 months to grade.
Not sure if it is worth much more in there holder but they will most likely grade it a 7

The dints will keep it in a 4 all day long with PSA. BVG seems to over look minor flaws like this most of the time.

PSA saw something other than centering that got you a 4... Maybe a tiny wrinkle somewhere... they don't downgrade from a 7-8 to a 4 just for centering like that.

I would agree with this. Every time I’ve had this occur it’s been a surface wrinkle I never noticed before.

I would crack and resub to PSA, if it comes back a 4 again, I would crack and get the card auto'd. That card would look spectacular auto'd by the DrJ. Then resubmit to get the auto graded, if it comes back a 10, you'll make a few dollars.

I would just enjoy the card for my collection knowing that the card presents well for the grade. If I was happy with the card who cares what number PSA puts on it. Unless you are looking to sell you are just giving them money to get back the same card you had before if you get it regraded.

I cracked it out. No damage.

Might send to BVG or sell as raw.

    Not sure yet.
